Our Founder Dianne Jennings
Dianne Jennings has been a trailblazer in the mortgage and real estate industry for nearly 33 years. She has a vast knowledge of mortgage products and services, including guidelines, processing and underwriting. After the 2008 mortgage crisis, Dianne set out to understand the “Why” in relation to this catastrophe, and studied the foreclosure process assisting borrowers in their mortgage recovery. Through this endeavor, she earned a slate on the on the Georgia Bar Continuing Education platform, “How to Litigate Foreclosure Defense and Win”, and received 21 hours of continuing education credits. After the real estate market recovered, Dianne returned to her first love, re-educating herself to ensure compliance and maximum service to borrowers.
Dianne has graced the radio airwaves sharing advice on matters of real estate and finance as a featured guest on “The Financial Fast Track with Tim Ridley”, Sirius XM Radio, “Let’s Talk Real Estate”, Atlanta, GA, and she is currently the host of “Money Talks with Dianne Jennings”, an informative talk show with high-level topics on real estate and mortgage money. Dianne is passionate about educating borrowers and creating successful communities, “One Homeowner at a Time.” She has an impeccable reputation and you can count on her to bring the real to any deal! She is highly-respected within the real estate community and celebrated by her clients, who will dare say, “If Dianne Jennings can’t do it, it just can’t be done.”
Dianne is a native of Indianapolis, Indiana, now residing in Covington, Georgia. She is an ordained Bishop in ministry, a published author, and well sought-after public speaker. She is the proud mother of three children and affectionately called “Mamaw” by her two beautiful grandchildren.
